These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and winjj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account on winjj, making any deposit, placing any bet, or accessing any game or service on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. winjj reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including a valid CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any time. Collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, use of automated betting software or bots, exploitation of software errors, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited on the winjj platform. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the entire relationship between winjj ("the Platform", "the Operator", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the winjj website, mobile interface, or any associated services. The winjj platform provides online sports betting, live casino games, slot games, Fortune Bingo, table tennis betting, and related gaming services to eligible players.
By accessing the winjj platform, clicking the registration button, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be fully bound by them without reservation. To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. winjj reserves the right to verify all registration information against your submitted KYC documents and to suspend your account if discrepancies are found.
Each player is permitted to hold one and only one winjj account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, mobile number, device, or IP address used — is strictly prohibited. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice, all balances across those accounts will be permanently forfeited, and any winnings derived from duplicate account activity will be declared void.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winjj account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. winjj will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
winjj operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme in compliance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering ("AML") responsibilities. You may be required to submit the following documents at any time:
Failure to provide the requested documentation within 14 days of the request being made may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. winjj reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 per month to inactive accounts after this period, deducted from the available account balance. Players will be notified prior to any fee being applied. Once the account balance reaches zero, the account will be archived.
winjj currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and standard inter-bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). winjj does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or payments from third-party payment sources that do not belong to the registered account holder.
Deposits are credited to your winjj account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment processor. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single deposit limit; however, large deposits may trigger additional KYC and source-of-funds verification. winjj does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless account verification has been fully completed and the compliance team approves an alternative method. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one business day of approval.
Withdrawals will not be processed where: (a) the account has not completed the required KYC verification; (b) the account is under investigation for any policy violation; (c) the account balance includes bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements that have not yet been met; (d) a chargeback or payment dispute has been opened by the account holder against winjj; or (e) the withdrawal request is made within 24 hours of a deposit made solely via bank transfer, pending clearing confirmation.
All bets placed on the winjj platform are final and binding once confirmed by the system. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including the event, market, selection, stake, and odds — before confirming the wager. winjj will not cancel, reverse, or refund any confirmed bet on the basis of player error.
All odds displayed on the winjj platform are subject to change at any time up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your wager are those displayed and confirmed at the moment of bet placement. In the event of an obvious pricing error, winjj reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and to settle such bets at the correct price, subject to notifying affected players.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets on the winjj platform. These limits are displayed within each market and may differ by sport, event type, market type, and individual player account profile. winjj reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts at any time without prior notice, particularly where unusual or potentially abusive betting patterns are detected.
Bets may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without resumption within 24 hours; the event starts before the scheduled time while in-play markets remain open; a pricing error is confirmed; or the relevant sports governing body declares the result void or subject to investigation.
In-play betting markets on the winjj platform, including live cricket markets during PSL and international series, are subject to additional terms. During certain phases of play — including the period immediately following a wicket, boundary, or other scoring event — markets may be temporarily suspended. Bets accepted during a suspension notice period will be voided and the stake returned.
The winjj casino and games portfolio — including slots, live dealer tables, Fortune Bingo, and table tennis betting — is provided subject to availability. Games may be removed, updated, or temporarily unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, provider requirements, licensing restrictions, or technical issues. winjj accepts no liability for the unavailability of any specific game.
All winjj casino games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by our licensed game providers. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot games are published by the relevant provider and are independently audited. winjj does not manipulate game outcomes. Results generated by the RNG are final and not subject to dispute.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the integrity of a game round, winjj reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the applicable stake(s) to the player's balance. No claim shall be made by any player for anticipated winnings from a round that was voided due to a technical malfunction.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by winjj are subject to these general Terms and the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds awarded to a player's account must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount at minimum odds of 1.50 before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Free spin winnings must be wagered a minimum of 25 times before withdrawal. Bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Any player found to be abusing the winjj bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, using systematic staking strategies to exploit wagering requirements, or coordinating bonus exploitation with other players — will have their account permanently closed, all bonuses cancelled, and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winjj platform. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities where applicable:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winjj platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any winjj intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winjj, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses — arising out of or related to your use of the winjj platform.
Without limiting the foregoing, winjj specifically disclaims liability for: (a) interruptions or unavailability of the platform due to technical maintenance, network failures, or events beyond our reasonable control; (b) any errors in odds, game results, or account balances that are corrected in accordance with these Terms; (c) any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials; and (d) any decision you make to gamble on the platform, including any financial losses incurred.
winjj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or any conduct that winjj reasonably considers to be detrimental to the integrity of the platform or its other players.
You may close your winjj account at any time by submitting a written request via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcomes, any outstanding wagering requirements will be cancelled along with any associated bonus balances, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any applicable KYC holds.
winjj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material in nature, winjj will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a platform notification, email to the registered account address, or a prominent notice on the winjj homepage. Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the winjj platform following the effective date of any change constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and submit an account closure request before the revised Terms take effect.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winjj holds its international gaming licence, without regard to any conflict of law principles. In the event of any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the winjj platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being submitted to our support team, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under winjj's international gaming licence. Formal legal proceedings shall only be commenced as a last resort after the above steps have been exhausted.
